Magnesium Oil is an amazing addition to your little ones' day. Known to support their growing bodies, ease growing pains, support deep restorative sleep, assist in calming their nervous system before bed/naps and support an overall more balanced system. We recommend applying 2-3 sprays to their feet only for around 3 weeks, from here you can apply the oil to their stomach/legs as well. Rub in and allow to dry before covering up. If they experience itching or tingling this can be a sign of deficiency and we recommend going back to less sensitive areas, like their feet.
