What is it? 

Well it's a mystery. Nobody knows. Well we know what's in them. They're our favourite products in a box. We will choose a bunch of products up to the dollar value selected and send it on home.

Our boxes do not contain a set quantity of items. Each box does contain the following dollar value worth of products:

$50 = $50 worth of TBBS PRODUCTS

 

 

*NO refunds on mystery boxes. 

*will never contain lavender or rose

* should you order multiple types of boxes they may be combined in to one box for shipping purposes. Should they be required individually please pay for postage separate for each box.

I love mystery boxes, you get a surprise when you open them, they are great value for money when you can’t decide what to buy, or just don’t have the extra funds.

I have been asked to provide feedback on an order "fulfilled" 14 days ago. It was processed for shipping 14 days ago but was not actually shipped until 7 days ago and I still do not have the product. Having worked in two different warehouses, (both with small workforces), where shipping within 1 to 2 days was not just normal but expected, using both couriers and Australia Post, I am at an absolute loss as to how it takes 7 days from printing and paying for a shipping label for the item to physically make it to the post office.
I usually love these products, so when it eventually gets here I'll probably like it.
